ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service, the characteristics and selling price of which are listed below, which the BUYER orders electronically via the SELLER's website [www.pavrivey.com].

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER accepts and declares that he has read and understood the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product/service specified in this contract and has provided the necessary confirmations electronically.

4.2. The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product/service covered by the contract in full, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and, if applicable, together with the warranty documents.

4.3. The product/service will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer, provided the statutory period of 30 days is not exceeded. The buyer is obliged to inspect the product before receipt.

4.4. Delivery of the product is subject to full payment of the product price to the seller.

4.5. If the buyer's credit card is used by unauthorized persons or if payment is not made after delivery, the buyer is obliged to return the delivered product to the seller within 3 days.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing.

5.3. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller complete with the invoice and original packaging. The payment will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the goods by the seller.

ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The buyer may submit complaints and objections to consumer courts or consumer arbitration boards.

ARTICLE 7 – ENFORCEMENT

The buyer declares that he has read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this contract electronically.
