Refund Policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or to the person/organization designated by them. The buyer may also exercise their right of withdrawal within the period between conclusion of the contract and delivery of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified within this period by fax, email, or telephone in accordance with Article 2 of this contract. The return may not be made for purposes other than checking the quality, functionality, and characteristics of the product.
If the value of the goods is reduced for a reason attributable to the buyer or if return is impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for any damage incurred. If the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal for a purpose other than checking the quality, functionality, and characteristics of the product, they are obliged to compensate for any damage caused by the product. The buyer shall bear the price of filters that are naturally worn out through use, lose their necessary hygienic quality, and are no longer suitable for resale. If the maximum promotional amount set by the seller is reduced due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount granted under the promotion will be forfeited. The buyer must exercise their right of withdrawal within the period and in accordance with the procedures specified in this article; otherwise, they will lose their right of withdrawal.
According to Article 12(1) of the Distance Selling Regulation, the seller is obliged to reimburse the consumer all payments received, including any delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The seller may waive the obligation to reimburse the consumer as long as they do not receive the goods covered by the right of withdrawal or the buyer does not provide proof of return of the goods.
CASES IN WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following contracts: Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following contracts:
A) Contracts for goods or services whose prices depend on fluctuations in the financial markets and over which the seller or provider has no control.
B) Contracts for goods manufactured according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
C) Contracts for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
C) Contracts for goods whose protective elements, such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping, have been removed after delivery. Contracts for the supply of goods whose return is not possible for health or hygiene reasons.
D) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and, due to their nature, cannot be separated.
E) Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables supplied on the condition that protective elements, such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping, have been removed after delivery.
F) Contracts for the supply of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, with the exception of those provided under a subscription agreement.
G) Contracts for accommodation, the carriage of goods, car rental, the supply of food and beverages, and the evaluation of leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be completed on a specific day or period. g)
Contracts for services provided immediately electronically or for intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer.
h) Contracts for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Please note the following:
Customer's obligations:
– Providing the correct and complete address for the safe delivery of the product to Sufpet. (Cargo that does not have the company name on the label and contains only address information may be lost by the carrier or delivered to the wrong person/institution.)
– Secure packaging and insurance of the product at the full retail price during transport.
Sufpet assumes no liability for lost or damaged packages and products.
Sufpet also assumes no liability for transport costs for returns. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Part 3.
Returns will be processed by Pavrivey as quickly as possible. For returns, the product must be delivered to Pavrivey.
